    Unclenching the fatal grip of Arteriosclerosis

    Arteriosclerosis is one of the most common diseases affecting men over the age of 40 today. It is a condition in which the walls of the arteries and veins they can do to the presence of calcium and lime in the blood, and accounts for a major portion of the growing disability and death rate of older people.
    The disease is usually preceded by another condition called atherosclerosis, which degenerates or softens the inner lining of the blood vessel walls. These two diseases tend to go hand-in-hand, as they work together to bring you even closer to an unforeseen heart attack or stroke.
    There are a few simple ways that you can change the outcome of this deadly disease. A change in diet is one of the most beneficial things that you can do to fight against this disease combo. Eating a well-balanced diet that consists of lots of raw foods, such as fruits and vegetables, is preferred. Also eating plenty of raw and sprouted sees is a great start to a diet that can prevent this disease from progressing, along with a variety of different nuts. Cold pressed vegetable oils, particularly safflower oil, flaxseed oil and olive oil should be used on a regular basis. Combine this with eating several smaller meals throughout the day to keep blood sugars and energy steady and you will have an effective one-two punch against arteriosclerosis.
