    Take more amino acids to help improve brain functions

    Did you know taking more amino acids can improve your overall health, especially brain functions and hormones?
    Studies have shown many amino acid can correct some of the stresses and hormone imbalances in your life. Dietary supplementation with amino acids L-lysine and L-arginine have been documented to normalize for mine all stress response is an image with high trait anxiety. Also phenylalanine is another essential amino acid that is naturally present in many foods and can act as an antidepressant. Another amino acid, that is also so for medical use is tryptophan. This amino acid in the human diet serves as a precursor for a number of brain-associated molecules, such as serotonin and melatonin. Foods rich and tryptophan include chocolate, notes, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, bread meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, bananas and peanuts.
    Using some of these amino acids can break the chain of depression and elevate your mood. Use a variety of these types of food whenever you’re feeling down. Maybe that good meal is all you need to lift your spirits.
