Physical change begins with the mental change

Many Americans would like to lose weight. Most of them struggle to do so, because they put roadblocks, excuses and other things in front of taking care of themselves.
A true physical change, begins with a mental change. You must start thinking differently to get a different result. What you have been doing apparently isn’t working. Start by resetting your mind, to change your body.
Think about how you’re eating. Are you eating many small meals a day? Are you eating little to anything at all? Are you over eating? Ask yourself a few of these questions to have a better understanding of why your diet is failing.
When you come up with your answer, then it is time to begin thinking differently. Remember that you’re supposed to have 5 to 6 small meals a day, compared to the usual three. Make sure you drink plenty of water between all of these meals. You also need 100 ounces of water daily.
If you can’t remember to eat and drink this many times a day, try setting an alarm on your phone or watch. This will better help you stay on track and make sure your body is fed properly.
Also make sure that you’re getting plenty of rest, too little rest does not help the body repair on the scale that it needs to.
