Acne is a problem that affects most Americans at one point in their lives. For most, it comes during adolescence, but for some it is a continued problem into adulthood. If this problem has continued into adulthood for you, here’s a few solutions.
Try avoiding certain foods like salt. Salt is a major contributor to acne and should be avoided in large doses, this also includes heavily cured meats. Also avoid consuming high doses of B vitamins. Red meats contain lots of vitamin B6 and B12, portions should be cutback or used in moderation.
Do eat lots of fresh fruits and Leafy-green vegetables, up to 50% of your diet.
