    Very few foods today reach the marketplace free of additives and other substances. These additives do a variety of things to our food-assisting in preventing’s foliage, adding vitamins and minerals, and helping to make it more appealing to the eye, to name but a few.
    Did you know that there are 2800 additives that American companies can use that are approved by the FDA? Although many people question the safety of these additives, there is very little evidence to suggests any major health risk for most people. Most additives creating health issues arise from an accidental additives, so foods are best consumed from organic or free-range sources.
